  2. lol I agree with Christy...makes me think of all the mission stories I use to read with my mom when I was a kid, thatched houses, mosquitoes nets, and tall grass. :)

  4. Nice living quarters. I've thought about cutting down some Tennessee river cane and making a nice Philipino hut. How long do you get to stay there and what book are you reading now?

  7. We're probably going to stay for another few months. I'm currently reading "The Valley of Vision: A Collection of Puritan Prayers," re-reading selections from the Great Controversy, and perusing tidbits from Gospel Workers.

    Our loft is relatively cool--unfortunately it's also rather damp. My sabbath shirts that you can see in the background all started molding! Oh well, I guess there are pros and cons wherever you are:)
